Argos have been great. I've made two claims in quick succession (one for colon cancer and one for RTA) with the same pet for the full amount. I simply filled in a form on the pet portal and Argos dealt directly with the vets and paid promptly.

It took 2 months for the claim to be settled. Letters were sent via the post and we were told they were a mistake. Our vet submitted the details 4 times!!! Still they kept saying we needed to complete the claim form. It was a nightmare from start to finish. Just hope we don't ever need to submit another claim.
