"New owner Vet advice needed"

Only had insurance for a couple of days and desperately needed to talk to a vet about my Dougie who's not eaten for a couple of days. I've only owned Dougie a week. Vets advice was great, absolutely 5☆ service. Well worth the insurance i pay.

They pay out, and they do it quickly.

However if you make claims your monthly premium will be massively inflated at renewal for them to recoup the money. We are up to £150 a month now for my cat and I dread to think how much more they will demand at the next renewal date >_>

Been trying to call, finally after 40mins got through to a advisor as soon as I said I wasn't happy with the 33percent rise in my policy the line went dead, now still waiting listening to the music after calling back, not exactly great customer service..
