1st time I have made a claim for my dog. The claim was quite small it was under £I00 as I paid the excess £100. It took 3 weeks to receive the money owed, spending a long time constantly ringing their customer service, received over 8 letters (arriving 2 at a time) basically saying the same thing (awaiting response to their emails from the vet who gave my dog booster injection) never tried any other way of contacting them to resolve my claim quickly. I sorted it out myself by ringing direct to the vet and them giving me the medical history which I forwarded to them to eventually got my money owed. Disgraceful customer care. Would never recommend them.

Overall for this claim, things were pretty smooth, though a lack of communication over how a deposit paid to the vet would be dealt with did cause some anxiety.

So easy to set up the insurance for my three labradoodles , of course I haven't found it nessessary to use the insurance and fingers crossed we may never need to use it .

Premiums have jumped up to over £200 per month, they are fast at paying out on claims, but they appear to add the amount claimed to the renewal premium, this seems to negate the very purpose of having the insurance. We have been claiming a few hundred pounds a year for an ongoing medical condition and the premiums have been jumping up by a large percentage for a few years. I would not recommend using this company.

amazing insurance, we have a Maltese and other insurance company charge at least 40-50 pound a month. but Argos only 20, great price.

we claimed after 3-4 month when we bought the insurance, due to my dogs soft stool with blood, they processed quick and paid in full
