Pay out claims quickly but BEWARE if you have made a claim with them your renewal price will increase massively, trying to charge us £670 for a 4 year old spaniel and we haven’t claimed in over 2 years!!!!!! Better putting money away each month than being robbed for insurance I don’t use

Sadly she passed away.
Argos paid both claims within! 10 days, contacted me with condolences, realised they'd taken Moo's monthly direct debit before I did, and returned it.
