My insurance went up £600 a year from £67 a month to approx £120.for my dog. More than my energy use. I made a complaint. They sent a letter saying ‘ we’re not going to do anything about your complaint. No discussion. Didn’t even ring me. To discuss. They didn’t get the full complaint. Wait till you make a claim !!!and it rises to the cost of your claim so they get there money back Absolute disgrace customer service. As a customer of 12 years I honestly would insure elsewhere !!!!
