Second order for me Speedy delivery good quality panels easy to fit

"BUYER BEWARE - Company refuses to accept faults even when a time served tiler says they are the worst quality tiles they've ever seen"

The mosaic tiles I ordered were damaged when they arrived, over 50% of the tiles were poorly constructed with wonky tiles on the mosaic mesh and terrible spacing. Even after sharing images of the wonky tiles with Walls & Floors I was told they'd just been squashed in the packaging - so I left them out for a week to straighten - which didn't work and my tiler confirmed many of the mosaic pieces weren't stuck on straight. Walls and Floors maintain that the should have fixed themselves in that time and are basically accusing me of lying.

A lot of them were scratched as well as having a gluey residue on them. I reported this immediately and was told it was normal and the tiles just needed unpacked and they would sort themselves out my tiler has arrived and he has confirmed that he's never seen a worse collection of tiles in terms of damage and manufacturing flaws. I got fobbed off and believed the excuses. They did send out some cleaner, which removed the glue but not the scratches -which Walls & Tiles say are not scratches. The tiles also don't have a consistent grout line as the mosaic tiles are all different thicknesses. Again, walls and floors refuse to accept this.

The tiles were over £700 in the sale for a 3 sqm area and I feel for this kind of money I shouldn't have to pay the tiler for an extra day to make the tiles be usable. Very frustrating and very disappointing, total waste of money.

Speedy delivery and actually delivered earlier than originally stated. Carera marble mosaic tiles are beautiful and a really good price. Look lovely even with our amateur tile laying.

"Really poor delivery options"

My order arrived later than expected and it was wrong. Nothing in the package was my order - I guess I got someone else’s. They replaced my order and when it arrived, I liked the tiles and ordered them on the website. But shipping had a £50 surcharge because I’m in Scotland. Which meant the shipping cost more than the tiles I would have ordered. I did a live chat and they just said “it’s a 3rd party delivery, not our decision”.
I told them we have electricity and motorways and all sorts in the centre of Scotland these days and their tile retail competitors don’t charge a surcharge for my postcode, but they wouldn’t budge.
Purchased tiles elsewhere.
