Was happy with the panels however I ordered some H joints which I didn’t need (maybe the person I spoke to should have advise me that I didn’t need them) and now I can’t send them back because it would cost me more to do so. So now they are sitting in my garage not doing anything. They cost me £57. Also maybe the company should look into delivering their own products. As that was the problem why I couldn’t send the H joints back.

Without doubt the worst quality wall panelling I have ever fitted. First time buying from wall and floors and will be the last. On the joints it touches top and bottom and has a big gap in the middle. Nothing can be done to close the gap.

The delivery and service was excellent, we had ordered from them before, the delivery driver was excellent.
The only problem was that we didn’t need to open them straight away we had work to do in the room first.
And then when we opened them we had a couple that had scratches on them. To then read that once opened you couldn’t do anything about this it was to late. So I would recommend you open them straight away on receiving them. Which we didn’t want to do because we thought they would be protected in the box until needed and not have all the packaging all over the place.

We are so impressed with the quality of the panels from Walls and Floors. We chose Noir multi-width Trepanel which is a really good design. It looks brilliant in our bedroom, with lights above it.
