"Order cancelled "

Placed order, received confirmation, few days later was sent dispatch information with picture of tiles, before and after wrapping on crate with invoice. Then received an email to say order was cancelled as price was incorrect, then received email from courier to say order was on its way… then received an email to review purchase for tiles I never received… I don’t go out my way to leave negative reviews but if they’re going to email me and ask what I think?…

I ordered my tiles one afternoon and they were delivered the next day. Unfortunately despite being wrapped and packed extremely well several were broken. I emailed to let them know and replacements were immediately dispatched and arrived within 24hours .... brilliant service thank you
