It's interesting to get the results but then there is no support afterwards, so you pay a lot for the test and then need to go see a doctor anyway to help interpret the results. They have AI built in but it's not sufficient.

Since I cant reply to Inside Tracker's message back to my initial post, Im writing here again. The "Learn" that they suggested is the generic AI info that is informative, but isn't that helpful, as you still have to figure out what do to / how to supplement. Also, I called a left messages three times and no one from their team returned my call (even though their voicemail says they will return within a day).

I had the most stress free, easy friendly customer service experience with Inside tracker. I had scheduling issues with my blood draw and couldn’t make my appointment. I emailed InsideTracker and explained my situation. I thought I would get a response in a couple of days. I thought that they were going to give a hard time. I was wrong. I got a response literally in around 15min. They didn’t give me a hard time. I was very pleased they rescheduled my blood draw asap.

Lower tiered suscriptions aren’t worth it. I have a friend who pays a lot ($3000+ per year) and he loves it, but I didn’t have the same experience. Customer service wasn’t helpful and the insights weren’t much more than I get from my primary care physician.

This was advertised as personalized health care with a plan to optimize health with respect to the blood work. Sadly, it's just a cookie cutter "plan" that is as basic as anything you could find on the internet. My personalized plan was basically the same for all the different categories, and it was almost identical to my husband's plan, and he is completely different than me. For the cost, we should be receiving at least 2 consultations with real doctors. Not just an AI-generated plan that anyone could come up with on their own.

I was charged a full renewal without amy prior notification or option to reconsider.
That's a terribly sneaky practice and I do not appreciate it at all.
Wouldn't recommend.
