"Disappointing "
The entire process of getting scheduled for my blood draw was extremely difficult. I had to reach out continually just to get it scheduled.
When I finally got my blood drawn, I was informed that not everything was tested. I spent so much money for this test and am highly disappointed in the efficiency. I was given the option of a 15% discount on future tests. My sport dietician is adamant that I should get my money back.

"Tests are generic "
It’s the same bloodwork that I have gotten from my doctor who actually triangulate the information and provide a comprehensive story. InsideTracker is very transactional and generic - no different tests or insights. More specifically, they provide a LIST of recommendations for each unoptimised result - some same across categories and in some cases as very long list. It would have been great if the recommendations were more insightful/specific after considering your full results. That way an action plan could be more meaningful. This was definitely a waste of money. I have not learned anything new. Maybe helpful for someone who has never done bloodwork.

"Buyer Beware"
I paid $1,765 up front. I never used any service or set up anything on Inside Tracker. They will not refund your money for any reason after 30 days.

"Great service so far! "
The customer service is super efficient, and really thoughtful. I just acquire their services so I'm waiting to go get my blood work done. The website and the portal are super intuitive and easy to access and add information. So far I had a great experience!

"When you love a program like INSIDE…"
When you love a program like INSIDE TRACKER, you tend to refer others. Referrals, in my mind, are indicative of a WELL RUN business. My physical therapist and very good friend is Mark Mastriano. I referred him. He received his results today. So exciting! We are going to do INSIDE TRACKER together AND we're going to do my podcast about our experience. Hopefully, this will generate more business for INSIDE TRACKER. Thank you! Respectfully, Jim Shorkey

"Clunky app - No uploading of your bloodtest"
Clunky app, they sell you the idea you can upload your own lab test results... forget it, their "bot" is unable to read properly your PDFs, then when you finally decide to upload manually or correct manually, the units are often not available (you'd expect such an app to have every unit available and to make the conversion for you) so I had to open chatGPT and conversion websites, still this didnt solve everything, some tests are also not on the list like T4, T3 hormones. AND ofc forget about their support, its a chatbot that forces you to ask only questions towards basically buying the DNA test, but not for exemple how to upload your bloodwork without loosing 2 hours of your life.
I will do my own excel and never look back. I will also try to get a refund.

"Only Inside Tracker DNA, 23andMe or Ancestry results can be used from…"
Be aware that only DNA results from InsideTracker's own DNA product or 23andMe and Ancestry can be uploaded to InsideTracker to get the insights for your health planning. This isn't clear from the marketing materials that state that you can upload your own results or enter them manually. This feature is for blood tests, not DNA, and is a major limitation for people who want to use their DNA to be more specific in their health planning.
