Bought my engagement ring from Wave, they carried out a resize job which resulted in a diamond dropping out the next day. They told me the work was covered by the warranty. They're now saying that because they've moved to online trading they won't cover their mistake and I should get it fixed myself at my cost.. personally I would avoid spending big money with them

We had a very sentimental Ring repaired and refurbished by wave this week, most places were quoting 2 weeks and said they would have needed to send it away whereas wave dealt with it in house. the repair was done in a timely manner in two days and for less than expected . . I bought an engagement ring from Wave Manchester. The staff were really helpful (and patient). We discussed what I was looking for and ended up going for a custom made ring. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but they were able to transform my vague thoughts into a really beautiful design. They were even able to order a variety of sapphires into the shop so I could choose the main stone myself.

The ring was ready in a matter of weeks. The quality of the work was excellent. My fiancé has worn the ring for almost a year now and the ring looks as good as the day we got engaged.

We will be returning to Wave when we buy our wedding bands!

"Well worth the wait for my silver cuff!"

I asked Wave to make me a silver cuff, based on an old pewter one that I used to have. I only had photos of me wearing it for them to go on and it wasn't easy, but they rose to the occasion! Lots of measurements were made, and then they had to find a jeweller who could do it, then when that jeweller fell ill, find another one! It took some time, but throughout the process the staff kept me informed about what was going on, and how long they thought it would take. They made me feel like a valued customer. When the item came back first time and just wasn't right, there was no quibble, it went back to be redone, and ultimately I ended up with a beautiful piece of jewellery that will last me forever. And now, when I'm in Kendal, I pop in to see Leah and she and her team are always interested to see how it looks and how I am – they are so friendly and helpful, and I enjoy popping in to browse.
