Emmanuel is a first class Estate agent. Knowledgeable, punctual and excellent, quick communications. I viewed a property in Odessa Street, Rotherhithe with him on two occasions. He's friendly and was very knowledgeable about the property. What I liked the most is that he leaves you to actually view the property yourself without stating the obvious like "This is the bathroom, this is the kitchen" etc etc. He's present to answer any questions of course but otherwise he leaves you to get on with the viewing! A perfect viewing experience.

I have been renting apartments in the UK since 2011 and this experience was the worse one by far.
From the moment we signed the contract in 2022 since now, the correspondence of our agent (Louise) has been non existent. Whenever we received a late reply the tone was extremely condescending and rude.
We always had to chase for major things that had to be in the house. Although we check out 5 months ago, the agency was not willing to respond on the status of the deposit it for 2 months. Once they did they charged us a ridiculous amount to of money, and ignored our emails to review any cost. We took action through Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) which did not approve these costs, validating our findings.
