"Empava Cooktop Frustrating to Use"

We purchased our Empava cooktop about one year ago through Amazon. The first thing we noticed is when you turn the switch on for a burner, it's tricky and often doesn't light up. You have to keep trying to turn it on, and if you're lucky, eventually it ignites. Now approximately one year of ownership, the large middle burned won't ignite. We thought it might've been clogged, and took everything apart and cleaned it out. We reached out to corporate via their website, but no company representative responded. We wish we would've kept our Whirlpool cooktop.

Great customer service! Received notifications every step of the way as far as tracking. Also received my orders very quickly. One came damaged and I got with customer service and they took care of my order very quickly and got me a new one sent right away. Highly recommend!

Wait time was minimal and communication about delivery was excellent. Person who delivered wine cooler was pleasant and efficient.

Had a brick break, and the company sent out a new one to me the next day. Was very happy with that and we love our oven!!!!!!

"Outstanding quality!"

The Empava appliances are outstanding! Excellent quality. The shipping was quick considering mine came cross country. The customer service is excellent and very responsive. Value is spectacular. I'm very pleased and will return for more ( wall ovens, pizza oven and wine fridge).
