I purchased a range hood (EMPV-30RH08) along with a ductless conversion kit. However, there were no instructions on installing the kit. Customer service claims to have no instructions, instead telling me to find a contractor. I guess the hope is that a contractor can figure it out. It is unbelievable that a company can sell a product without providing installation instructions. I will never purchase an Empava anything again.

This was for a new home construction. It was delivered with water in the drain. Since it's winter it was frozen. So, until house is finished. I won't know if it leaks. Very frustrating.

I purchased a jetted tub from Empava, I purchased it because I liked the look and features of the tub. I was remodeling my master bath for my wife's birthday. I had the tub installed by a licensed plumber and electrician and the surround done in stone. It looked beautiful. However, when we began using the tub, and water began sitting in the spout, it would spew rusty water and rusty sediment upon the next use.
I called Empava, 888-682-8882, no one ever picks up, but Aaron did call back when I left a message. I told him I needed to seek assistance under warranty, as I was told by someone on their email support platform that there was nothing they could do. I was told that the warranty is for 3 years and only covers $400 in parts. This tub is brand new; I should not have to go through this aggravation.
Aaron said he would get back to me by end of day 2x and he doesn't. I have to continually call and call in hopes I can get someone to help.
This is ridiculous, this tub cost $2000 and is brand new and there is no accountability from the manufacturer.
I need assistance from Empava. Please have your support people reach out to me.

I ordered a whirlpool bathtub, and it came scratched. I ordered an other one and it came missing electric plugs. I had to wait several days before I could get to the support team to explain to me how to connect the bathtub to electricity. Overall the support was acceptable, but hard to reach.

They lie...... NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING... NO ONE TECHNICAL TO TALK TOO.....THE ALARM BEEPS AND BEEPS.. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES, CALL YOU BACK.....OR ANSWER EMAILS......., THEIR PARTS TAKE FOREVER TO GET FROM CALIFORNIA TO FREAKING OREGON...WE FINALLY GOT IT WORKING FOR A LITTLE MORE THAN A MONTH.......THEN A FIRE.....THEY PROMISED TO SEND EVERY PART WE HAD PURCHASED IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS..... OVERNIGHT...INCLUDING ANOTHER CONTROL BOARD.THEY DIDN'T SEND THE CB......IT TOOK MORE THAN A WEEK...NO REPAIRMAN WILL WORK ON THEIR RANGE..... HOME DEPOT TOTALLY DIVORCED THEMSELVES FROM IT.....when it worked I loved it, but NOW I JUST WANT TO SUE THEM...... THANK GOD my family are attorneys in So Cal .... Btw it was not the fire that slowed them down.... Their in City of industry, NO WHERE NEAR THE PALISADES..... OR FREAKING ALTADENA....maybe they'll answer the phone now....

I purchased a tub from Socal and was provided numerous erroneous shipping/delivery dates thru email and tracking sites. I received phone calls to schedule delivery appointments which never materialized. No shows and no calls. Terrible communication and lackthereof throughout the process.
