"I have been trying to get a replacement…"

I have been trying to get a replacement control panel for months. At first the rep assured me that I would get a replacement after giving my order number.Later he was replaced with another rep(Jay) who could not find the number,he asked for another number which I gave him with my address and where I purchased the oven.He then said he could find that number. He then asked for a receipt I now feel as I was being led along.

"Sent a different model...."

I been trying to get a replacement part since day 1..... I talk to a guy called Aron, he asked me to send him an email with pictures and he never replied back to me, I called multiple times and left voicemail and nothing
Please get back to me..... a different model was sent and doesn't work on my bathtub, I need a regular faucet and switch

"The Side by side wine cooler beverage…"

The Side by side wine cooler beverage fridge has a problem. The wine cooler hasn't been working properly since I received it and have been working with Empava support to fix it. It also came with dinged door on the wine cooler side which I am trying to get replaced as well. I will add an update once the cooler works. On a different note, I also received 2 of 52 bottle wine coolers and they work fine. The only issue is when the door is switched to a left opening door the Empava sign ends up upside down and at the bottom compare to the right side opening which is on the top of the door.
