I have had several incidents of ordering items from both DSML and DMNY where the items were not available after my order was placed. Each time the order is refunded I have to absorb a loss due to differences in exchange rates. I've pointed this out to DSM on several occasions but there are still no options offered to address this like: a store credit rather than a refund; an additional discount on future purchases; a credit for the validated difference in purchase vs refund cost; or not billing a credit card until an order is ready to ship. I don't understand how the ordering system is frequently out of date with inventory. Also recently I received a wrong order because there were 2 orders with the same number. It took over 2 months to get reimbursed for the duties and customs charges and the refund for my order which I didn't receive - all the while having to absorb costs for exchange differences and bank costs. I've become frustrated to the point of not having confidence in the order process and DSM's ability to deal with gaps in the ordering and refund process, to the extant that I will no longer shop from DSM online shops
Even though I've been a good customer for several years.

Good price. If you know which item you want or you saw it in the physical shop it is easy and convenient.

On the downside:
Product information lacks coherence, there are no consistent measurements: missing for some products and if present, only just the M size is featured. (all sizes measurments for luxury/expensive products pls).

For the CDG shirt line, the detailed size chart include 3 subsections ( Wide Classic, Narrow Classic, Small Button Down ) with each corresponding measurement's notation for each size, but the subsection title is not reflected in the title of the shirt or in the text info field so it is impossible to tell which model is corresponding to the wide classic the narrow, etc,..only by guessing or checking other websites
