Thus, consumers are unable to obtain responses to product inquiries prior to and/or following a purchase. In addition, customers will not receive replies to concerns regarding delayed or non-receipt of a shipment, support with a return, nor a timely refund (if even issued without the threat of submitting a claim to one's banking institution). Shame on Dover Street Market for their lack of professional and appropriate business practices and failure to ensure consumers are recipients of quality and lawful customer service! HIGH RISK MERCHANT! CONSUMERS BEWARE!

"I wish I could give zero stars"
I wish I could give zero stars. To summarise I refused a parcel with them due to significant damage and they haven’t refunded me in what is now becoming three weeks. Every day I send them an email and they ignore me, their phone line doesn’t work hardly or they end the call once they pick up. This is a ghost fraudulent company, be prepared to file a credit card charge back with your payment provider as they will definitely steal your money. Avoid at all costs, please do not give them your money or even visit their site it’s not worth your time. Customer service is non existent and unhelpful, you may receive one reply every week if you’re lucky but they do not follow consumer rights or the law and act as they will. Please take my advice and stay away from this company.

Took forever to ship out my order and missed a pair of shoes that I paid $240 for. The box arrived completely torn open with no bubble wrap or protection inside so many of the shoe boxes were damaged. The company has not responded to my emails asking about the missing pair and damaged boxes. Will never order here again and will file a chargeback with my credit card provider.

I ordered a Loewe bag strap on 10 DEC, and recevied it a week later. However, I found that the strap didn't come with its original Loewe box, so I sent them a email immediately. After 3 days from receiving a reply from DSM CS, the Loewe box was delivered! The service has been faultless.

I was hesitant to order due to poor reviews on here but i must say i’m impressed with the service i received. it took maybe a week from when i ordered for what i ordered to be delivered and unlike other reviews Dover Street actually did communicate well via email to let me know what was happening with my order. It came nicely packaged and is a great product.

I was skeptical about ordering from here after seeing the mixed reviews, however, I have had a great experience. My parcel took 2 days to arrive and it has come in perfect condition and also already gift wrapped for me which I thought was a nice touch. I also had emails keeping me informed on the tracking of my parcel.

Wish I’d taken more notice of the reviews here. Thought I might be lucky on the almost 50/50 of 1 star vs 5.
Wondered why my order was taking so long so popped them an email to ask about it. Order then cancelled as they didn’t have it, they did apologise hence the 2 stars. The reason given was a technical error to say it’s in stock online, I would have thought that would be easy to fix but as it stands, I can still order the product now with no hint that it would never arrive.
Disappointing and will purchase direct from the brands in future.

"Terrible quality and customer service"
Brought the Dover Street Stussy collab tee and the quality is so bad, it doesn’t come near to matching any of the stussy tees I own. Complained and because I couldn’t return the item within the 14 days period because I was abroad they said I couldn’t return it. They wouldn’t even give me store credit. BS for a company of their size. They need to work on their customer service as they’ve now lost a solid customer

Despite all the negative reviews, my experience with DSM was a very good one. Ordered and received the item in perfect shape and in due time. The questions I had were answered by Eva from customer service nicely and promptly.
