"Very poor retailer"

Read elsewhere on here “people should not be put off by the negative reviews.”
They absolutely should be put off. Very poor retailer. Order placed with a 5-7 business days sla. No communication and then cancelled (no stock) after 2 weeks. Go back on their website and the item/size is still available.

"At this price tier and fee for express…"

At this price tier and fee for express shipping I really expect them to ship within 48 hours. However after sending an email I got a swift reply and the item was sent the same day and arrived the day after. I wish they would send DDP to more countries or at least make it a little bit more clear at the checkout.
But overall they are decent. Not the best. Certainly not the worst either.

"Wouldn’t bother"

Wouldn’t bother! Ordered a pair of trainers nearly a week ago, numerous emails to be told they was busy as to why it hadn’t been shipped in a week! After sending more emails I got a email with a tracking number stating the order had been shipped, on looking at the tracking on dpd website they state the label has been created only but no parcel has been given to them. £5 for delivery is a joke I could of walked there from the north quicker! Uk customer

"Purchase from DSM eshop"

Bought a wallet from the DSM eshop and chose the next business day delivery. Was a bit skeptical after reading the negative reviews here before but still went ahead with the purchase.

Package was delivered today as expected. Wallet is perfect and well packaged. Overall a very pleasant experience for me!

"I purchased an engagement ring for…"

I purchased an engagement ring for 5,000 dollars on the Dover Street Market E-shop and the next day the shop called me to tell me that I couldn't get this ring because now it is worth 10,000 dollars. How messed up is that??? Way to ruin her my plans. Please don't give a single dollar to this company.

"Great experience"

After placing an order and then seeing so many negative reviews I was expecting the worse. However my experience was the opposite, I had an issue with the courier company used, who made no attempts to deliver to my door or to a pick up point, not DSM's fault. I contacted them raising a complaint about shoddy service from DPD. They contacted me several hours later offered to have the parcel sent out with a different courier once it returns or offer a refund. I chose the former and received my parcel via DHL a few days later. I found customer service very helpful and overall had a good experience.

"Still no refund!"

Ordered a Comme des garcons hoodie and it was delivered within two days, great I thought! But unfortunately it was too small in size so I ordered a larger size and returned the other hoodie. Three weeks later I still have not received my refund and even though I can see that the hoodie was delivered to DSML already on May 31st, I have received NO update from the shop!!!! Don’t shop there unless you are certain that you do not need to return an item:-(

"Wish I could give 0 stars"

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have had the same rubbish experience as so many and am really devastated that I tried to buy my wedding bag from these crooks.
I allowed for 2 weeks delivery, 3 days after placing the order I wrote to them explaining it was for my wedding and they assured me they would ‘expedite shipping with the warehouse’ a day later I wake up to see they’ve cancelled it. I then place an order for an alternative after comms with their CS team who pretty much promise me they will get it to me in time no problem. More endless back and forth, and then the order gets cancelled 3 days later. To say I’m livid doesn’t even cover it - AND the item is still in stock online?!
So I was out of options for my big day purely because they strung me along for over a WEEK. Such terrible e service and I’m now waiting over a week to get my money back despite chasing them by email.
