Great discounts in the sale which inc rare and unusual Junya Watanabe pieces other sites don't/won't stock. Fast delivery and easy, no hassle returns. Slight "niggle" in that the cape arrived squeezed inside a box that was too small.. and although undamaged, it was a bit creased. Also the invoice paperwork was missing.

Was a bit wary because of reviews, but knew I’d be compensated if anything went wrong as paid on credit card. Needn’t have worried. Ok, I didn’t get any emails of order received/dispatched or anything like that. But it came !!! And I’m sure my son will love it this Christmas. Thanks DSML!!!! I’d definitely order from you again. Feeling happy!!! Oh! Great packaging btw !

"Failed to dispatch for a week then cancelled order on 20th Dec!"
Made an order on 14 December 2024 ie well before Christmas cut-off, noticed it failing to dispatch multiple times so made contact and received three assurances it would get to me before Christmas, two by email and one over the phone. On 20 December 2024 they cancelled the order, to be refunded within three working days. Now, not only do I not have the gift before Christmas, I won't even get a refund before Christmas either! I wish I'd seen these terrible reviews prior to ordering. I will absolutely not use this store again. Pretending to offer luxury but service is a shambles.

Fast delivery and great customer service… We needed to return an item to exchange for a bigger size and accidentally returned the wrong parcel using their code. They managed to sort out a return of the wrongly submitted item and still exchange the existing one. Each email I sent to sort out this complicated problem was, replied to on the day it was sent.

I recently ordered a number of items, dhl as usual is a nightmare for contact or tracking, I am currently waiting on one parcel on hold at the depot which has attempted delivery twice. One shipment has arrived with one item being marked with a pen mark down the middle of the top. This is incredibly the second time this has happened to me from DSM. I had the exact same thing happened last year, no idea why they feel the need too mark the stock with pens. I didn’t even receive a reply I’ve just had a email confirming me to send the item back. It’s a limited item which I cannot purchase again. I chose to use DSM to purchase the item, again it begs the question why not purchase the item from the brand as Dover street clearly can’t offer a resolution or reasonable service. I hate having to hate on a shop/brand but it’s massively below a basic standard it’s embarrassing. Avoid.

Despite the negative reviews I took a chance and placed an order for a pair of Adidas Japan trainers. They were sold out on all major sites and only available at vastly inflated prices on ebay etc. I paid for next day delivery and they were delivered at 11 am. Perfect service
