Very bad service at Dsm central London my friend won a raffle and they treated him like he was a thief until they checked and was proven wrong he did nt collect his shoe Travis Scot it was very unfair they did not do first come first serve the staff was selling Travis Scot’s to the friends who arranged with them to buy the shoe . Not giving the general public a chance to buy which is unfair some of them racist staff and they discriminated me and I’m disabled no diversity the worst shop in central London I will never go there again

My experience is that I can not buy from their US online store. They just cancel my orders. I am an international buyer and I use services to ship items to my current location. Their support kindly answered my question why my orders get canceled but actually you can not do anything from your side to fix it. My cards work, my paypal works...
I don't get why I can not make a purchase with a foreign visa or master card and even PayPal. This is extremely frustrating.

Purchased 2 items 8 days ago , had to contact shop and was told they would be dispatched within 24 hours as they were for a gift.
Nothing further, contacted shop again and told neither now neither in stock.
Absolute joke - I now have 24 hours to purchase new gifts.

Ordered a t shirt on the 21st of February, after countless emails and calls trying to get in contact with them with no luck, I contacted Amex to chase this up and only after that I received an email apologizing saying my order will be dispatched.
Then 2 days later saying the order has been cancelled due to no stock.

I bought a bag from here and I would definitely buy through the e-shop again! Took a couple days for them to confirm the order so I contacted customer support and got back fast! I'm happy that the duties/customs were included in the order which also lead to fast shipping. I'm from Canada and it came all the way from London and took 2 days to ship. I approve that they are a legit company to buy some designer pieces.
