J'avais commandé des converses Comme des garçons, et après avoir lu beaucoup de commentaire négatifs j'ai eu très peur de m'être fait arnaquer.
Mais bonne surprise l'article a été expédié 4 jour après la commande et comme j'avais choisi livraison express je les ai reçu 1 jour après l'expédition et honnêtement elles sont parfaites la bon taille et ce ne sont pas des contrefaçons je vous recommande ce site.

"Disappointed customer"

So, I bought a pair of heeled Prada sandals for my wedding next week. The sandals are bought through Farfetch and shipped from Dover Street market in London. Everything went smooth until I received the sandals. I paid 565 GBP for the shoes and they look used. The sole is scratched, the leather inside is dirty and you can even see where the toes has been. Farfetch offered me a 10 % discount or a return and a 20 GBP discount code.Dover Street Marked refused to help me because they were bought elsewhere.
It is the last pair and I need them for my wedding; however I feel stupid paying full price for a pair of used sandals. I would expect a better deal and I'm really disappointed that Dover Street marked even shipped the shoes.

Crap company to deal with they don’t answer your emails at all, and after 3 weeks of wait I received shoes in wrong size. They had just one job and couldn’t even post the right size.

I bought a long sleeve at the London store on Orange St., I changed my mind and was able to return the item past the 14 standards days allowed to return all the way from Chicago! The staff was very helpful throughout the process and will be shopping with them always. I like to visit them in the different locations such as Singapore, Tokyo, NY, and this time London where it all started. I am looking forward to the next adventure, thanks again!

I was initiallly hesitant to buy anything from this site due to extremely limited reviews but I still took the risk and bought sneakers for my daughter as a Christmas present. The order was placed on the 17th of Dec and I was able to pick-up the package on the 19th in Denmark. I was very much impressed that I received the correct package on time and with no hassles despite all the holiday rush.

Afterwhich, I told myself that this company needs a break from the negative reviews that I thought it is my responsibility to recommend DSM London to other online shoppers out there. I’m a very satisfied customer and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and even buy more stuff from them.
