"Read before you buy a blade machine"
(Order 3407) Bought a blade machine for a friend as a gift after a while it broke I contacted the company as it’s under warranty and they sent us both a form to fill in my friend filled in the form and no response they never answer the phone and never reply to emails there is a known fault on these machines yet they still sell them knowing they will break soon enough. The customer service is appalling it’s all nice until something goes wrong STAY AWAY.

"Filthy dirty packaging, wont be back"
Package came damaged. Opened it up to find the most filthiest disgusting packaging, splattered with mud or something, it looked like it was packed by someone in a field, the inside packaging was also dirty and full of dirt, fluff, who knows what else. After paying £4.99 delivery, I emailed and only got an apology and excuse of blaming temporary Xmas staff.
I’m just glad I had it sent to me not to the person direct for their Xmas present.

"Order experience was simple, delivery experience was terrible"
Order experience was simple, it’s a shame the delivery experience was not. Placed the order with them and agreed a delivery date, all good. The day of delivery and less than half my order arrives with no covering letter or anything. I phoned them and they seemed surprised, well where’s their stock control if they don’t know they haven’t dispatched items? Will see if the items turn up as they have now promised tomorrow. I can only hope but after reading other reviews I’m concerned.

"Quick Response Customer Service"
I ordered 5 items from The Drink Shop. Delivery was quick and on time but I only received 4 items. I contacted customer service and the next day, I received my missing order. No problems with customer service - very courteous, friendly and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Very satisfied and will buy from again.

Paid an extra £7.99 for 2-3 days, the delivery will arrive in 6 days. Having emailed them they don’t seem too concerned about it, firms should change premium shipping rates only to deliver on standard terms...nice earner if they do this on all orders

"I accidentally put the wrong postcode…"
I accidentally put the wrong postcode and I immediately emailed to correct this. I was then emailed back a couple of days later saying the address has been updated. I received a dpd message saying my delivery would be today. I stayed in to make sure I didn’t miss the delivery.looks like the postcode wasn’t changed as the delivery failed. I then emailed customer service who said they have changed the address - well I thought this had already been done!!!!!??? Anyway will have to now be in again as you can’t choose the time delivery comes - its an inconvenience!

"They are serious about customer service."
Have used The Drink shop a few times, I like the vast array of choice especially when buying bottles as gifts. I recently purchased 2 bottles of spirits and a liqueur. Unfortunately one of the spirit bottles had suffered damage, but personally I think it was more to do with the design of the bottle rather than poor handling damage. I contacted The drink shop immediately to explain and I was pleasantly surprised to find a business that is serious about customer service! I was informed that a replacement would be sent the following day and that I was to simply hand the package with the damaged bottle to the delivery man. Replacement received 24hours later. I would happily recommend and use again and again. Good experience 👍🏻

i did pay for next day Delivery but did not come i did get a refund for the extra delivery cost but they did come withen 2 days off ordering still very happy
