Love the solid wood of our boy's Dalby house bed it is beautifully made. The bed itself was super easy to put together and the delivery drivers were polite and heipful.
Highly recommend and would definitely buy again.

I love the bed I bought for my little girl. The quality is evident throughout, it builds really easily, no forcing any of the parts like with normal flat pack stuff. Looks sturdy and the wood is beautifully smooth. Worth the money.

Do not buy from here. A scam company that takes money and does not send items or reply to emails or calls. Bed ordered 29th December and nothing has arrived and no communication.
A morally wrong company. In a cost of living crisis, scamming people who are buying their CHILDREN a bed!!!! Disgusting and so offensive.

1 star as no "no star" option.
Just like everybody here I ordered bed beginning of december, delivery pushed back. By then there were already enough bad reviews and people scammed so I emailed them and requested my order to be cancelled ASAP and monnies refunded to my bank accout or I will make a complaint to Trading Standards for Breach of Consumer Act Rights as failed to comply with delivery times advertised. Got reply within 10 min with cancellation. And money back couple days later.

"Over priced"
Like me I imagine they’re are lots of people out there wondering if this company are any good as their beds are always top of a google search..
Well our bed is just ‘OK’. It’s quite flimsy, from Europe and not worth the very high prices they charge - in my opinion obviously.
It looks nice enough and was easy to put together. Time will tell how long it lasts but I’m not overly confident.

"Poor quality"
This is an update to my initial review which you can read below:
So we bought this bed not even a year ago as we needed a floor bed for my son who struggles to fall asleep unless one of us is laying down with him. He does that to this day which is fine. Thinking the bedoo bed is good quality we bought it and honestly we could have just gone with a cheap one off of Amazon cause this did not even last a year. First the mattress shrunk by about 10cm in summer. To which I reached out to bedoo never got a reply. Now we moved had to take the bed apart and the screws would just not go back in proper and once you had it in on one side it would push out in the other. We fixed that but then the wood frame just broke. And we saw it was just small wood pieces stacked into each other. Honestly I would not be surprised if bedoo has gone out of business but if they haven’t I recommend staying clear of it. Just go to IKEA and if you are a bit handy you can DIY the rest which is what we have done now. Can’t believe a that expensive bed broke within not even a year of use. Got two ikea beds including the mattress for what I paid for just the frame with bedoo. Poor quality on all levels. If I could reach them I would want my money back!!!
First of all the bed and mattress we ordered are great and we love the look and make of it. The building instructions however could be better. No part names on the parts so it was a guessing game and the bed having a different name on the instruction website to the bedoo website was not the best and easiest to figure out either.
However we encountered some problems along the way which were more regarding their delivery partner than bedoo itself. The first being the estimated delivery date being quickly changed after we ordered it from estimated delivery end of January to estimated dispatch end of January. And we went past that dispatch date as well. Now I was not too bothered by that however bedoos delivery partner was supposed to contact us within 2 days after the dispatch date and that did not happen. After a week I contacted bedoo and the customer service was incredibly helpful explaining the delivery partner could not find our mattress so they will send out a replacement with a different delivery company and tell them to just deliver the bed and arrange a delivery date for that. That again did not happen until I informed customer service that we again had not been contacted by their delivery partner. The customer service again jumped in helped out and I got a call to arrange the delivery. They offered me a Saturday delivery on the phone to then send me a text a day later requesting to deliver it the Friday between 12-15 which we agreed to. I got a confirmation text then saying they come between 11-14. Why send the first timeframe in the first place then? Anyways come Friday we sit and wait and again we had to make the call to the delivery partner once we got passed the time to ask if they still come. Thankfully they did. However they bought the “missing” mattress as well. I tried to explain to the delivery drivers that they were only supposed to deliver the bed as we were getting a replacement mattress now with a different delivery partner on the same day. However the delivery guys did not understand us and only replied with a we only deliver, made us sign off on it and left. Needless to say besides paying for them to deliver it to the room they only delivered it into our hallway. They also did not make any attempt to unpacking the order and checking it. We did that.
So as good as bedoos service was and as great as the bed is the delivery was not what it was supposed to be. The second delivery partner who bought the replacement mattress was also late but at least very understanding and took the mattress back that he came to deliver after we explained it to him. Would not recommend the other delivery partner.

I have ordered a 2 beds on the 25th of November with estimated delivery before Christmas. They tried to deliver beginning of Jan the wrong beds. Its now six weeks later and we are still waiting for the right order. I have to chase them everyday with no response. I spoke to them today and my current order number isn’t valid anymore and they don’t know what the new is. They said they will pass it to the dispatch team. I said no they need to sort now as they have my money and need to provide answers. I also asked for the complaints department number and the mangers number and they refused to give it to me and hung up.
Does any know if they have gone bust?
I am now seeking legal action!!!

"Excellent quality bed"
Excellent quality bed, and speedy and helpful customer service too. They were very quick to respond to any queries that I had about the bed and my order. They offer a great selection too, as I struggled to find a 3/4 floor bed anywhere else, and I love the option for it to grow as my little one gets bigger too. I see it lasting well into his teenage years, and so far both he (and I some nights!) have been sleeping on it great. Thank you so much!

"100% a scam"
100% a scam - even when I asked if it was a scam, they said they couldn’t answer! Now they have the audacity to ask how the new bed is but, here’s how I know it’s a scam, the bed doesn’t exist! Don’t waste your time and instead look the founder up and his overdue accounts.
