"I HAVE A BED!! After 3 months!!"

I HAVE A BED!!! I ordered and house bed and mattress the first week of November with a lead time of 4-6 weeks surprisingly it didn’t turn up. So I contacted them and they told me the latest would be the 17th December this date past and like a lot of others no bed. I let Christmas pass and phoned them nearly everyday until I got through, sent numerous emails no replay and the customer service team could only tell me what I seen on the “track your order” page they could never get through to the despatch team and I gave my number to them
Several times and no one ever rang me back!
My last email I told I was taken it further as I was angry and upset at this point and shock I get a dispatched email and the bed arrived on the 9th feb a whole 8weeks later than told and also they started answering my emails as soon as I got the dispatch email.

I really like the bed and can’t fault the delivery service higher jump but I just cannot recommend bedoo as a company!

Ordered in November and item still not arrived. No response to calls and emails. Terrible customer service. Trying to get a refund via credit card

"Faulty bed and no replies to my return requests"

I ordered a bed during Black Friday and received it mid-January. I was shocked by the very poor quality of the slats and the poor finishing of the frame. The 190x90 frame also didn't fit my standard UK single mattress! I got in touch with the customer centre multiple times, but after a couple of replies, they are now completely ignoring my requests to return the items and provide a refund. I was expecting a premium bed, and I'm now dealing with a stressful complaint.

"Delivery date pushed back multiple…"

Delivery date pushed back multiple times and still no reply from them - I tried calling, but apparently due to the high caller volume they can't talk to me. I was told previously that they are having issues with deliveries since before Christmas, but it's been 8 weeks now and no end in sight.
I have made one final attempt via email and Instagram to get a delivery arranged, but I will contact my credit card company in the next few days if nothing happens and raise a dispute to get my money back.

The beds look great, but no point if you can't actually get them delivered.

5 weeks since the order was placed.
Estimated dispatch date missed. No communication. Ignored emails. No one picks up the phone. Very frustrating.

"AVOID"

Like many others on here, STILL NO BED!

Ordered a bed for my little girl on 09/12/22 with an estimated delivery for the beginning of January. This has been pushed back and back, and once again the estimated dispatch has been and gone. Emailed the company last week, still no reply. The estimated dispatch is still set to last week. No communication, nothing.

*Update*
Have received my bed. Which I’m happy enough with. But honestly the service is appalling and I wouldn’t dream to use this company again. The bed is fine but not worth the stress.

"2 months ago still not delivered"

I bought a bed 2 months ago still didn't receive it. It was supposed to arrive within 2-4 weeks, before Christmas. I am trying to communicate with them to get a refund and they just reply to emails saying they're really sorry, but it's the 4th estimated delivery date they don't honour. Will definitely ask for a refund, if that's possible...

"Still no stars for this company"

Still no stars for this company - still no bed that was ordered on 9 Nov 22.
Five failed delivery dates. No reply to emails or messages sent via e-mail or social media. Have left comments on their Facebook page, telling people DO NOT buy from them.
Found out the telephone number is a virtual reception call centre. They cannot put you through to anyone despite saying they are trying. Now when I get pushy they just hang up on me. Paid on Klarna, who advise me they will do their best to resolve the issue. But now I just want my money back.
I cannot emphasise enough:-
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Avoid avoid avoid! We are like many other reviews on here - bed ordered November and still not arrived. Barely answer phone calls, never respond to emails and horrendous customer service. We just want our money back but even that is proving a nightmare to do
