The phone arrived as per the instructions, in excellent condition and working as stated. I would use The Big Phone Shop again.

Phone is great, my daughter is very happy with it. We paid extra for the screen protector but unfortunately it came with a small bubble in. I phoned CS & they offered a refund or to send a new protector, I chose the refund & it was processed quickly.

Ordered a ‘very good’ condition, iPhone 13pro on a Saturday night and it was delivered on Tuesday morning.

I’m incredibly pleased, the phone is in far better condition than I had expected!! I really had to look closely to see any signs of wear - any marks are very faint.

The battery health was 100%, so surpassed the guaranteed minimum of 85%.

It arrived very well packaged with a new charging cable and the sim ejector key.

I have no qualms in recommending this company and will definitely look to use them next time a ‘new’ phone is needed.

I have one very happy daughter!!

I bought a Samsung S22 5g from The Big Phone Store. It said it was in 'Pristine' condition, and that it had all the features that I required. I had never used The Big Phone Store before and I was a little hesitant about 'Pulling the trigger' on the purchase. However, I need'nt have worried. My phone arrived, promptly. It was exactly as described, not a mark on it, and to say I am happy with my purchase is an understatement.
If I had a negative comment, it would be the lack of a 'Tracking' feature and a lack of updates as to the phones ETA.
But I would not hesitate to use The Big Phone Store again.

Phone I ordered for in December for Christmas never arrived, they done a poor investigation, kept saying my refund was coming etc. Had to file a dispute with PayPal in the end, had my money refunded beginning of March. Avoid, would never use them again
