Condition was as described, found this phone cheaper than other sources which is good itself. Well packaged and protected. Have purchased a few items from TBPS which all received have been great.

Phone was exactly as described with only a couple of very minor dings on it, which once placed in a case cannot be seen. Battery was described as being above 85%b but in fact shows 100%.
Should I need another phone i would definitely use The Big Phone Store again.

"It’s a shame"

It’s a shame, the customer service seems quite loverly. My phone did come to me quite late but that was my fault. But the phone. I don’t have very good money flow so for the money spent….for this.
The phone is God awful , its just got worse over time and i have only had it almost 6months . I can’t use anything other than bluetooth as the battery lightening connection is broken. The keyboard glitches every couple of letters. It takes ages to write anything out. The microphone is shambles. It pics up every noise and completely amplifies everything but my voice. It constantly turns off on its own ,there are times where it won’t charge so i won’t be able to be in contact with anyone for a couple days sometimes! Which isn’t a bad thing most time. But still!
I was going to send it back to get it checked out but the very moment i wanted to i dropped it and it cracked very slightly on the black outline part on the right bottom corner. I can just feel you guys are the types to blame it all on that so I won’t bother . It’s too late for me but not for you. Don’t bother getting your phone from here. Music magpie all the way.
