"Trade in - don't bother"

Not the first time I've used them for a trade off but it'll be the last.
They always offer the best price, then knock it down with 'issues'.
This time was a joke.
My Pixel has been in an official Google case, felt lined, from the moment it came out of its box and also had a glass screen protector on at the same time.
It was absolutely pristine. Like brand new.
Yet these jokers found 'light scratches and blemishes on all sides and back' as well as light scratches on the screen. Absolute nonsense.
They then knock £50 off. They then want £20 to return it to you. The first couple of trade ins I knew I had a few 'light scratches' very light. But this phone was immaculate. If it wasn't the fact they'd already had it for 2 weeks and 'forgot' to send me a price, I would've told them to send it back regardless.

So essentially they offer the best price but always find fault to knock it down.
Never using them again.

"Needed a replacement for my ageing…"

Needed a replacement for my ageing Nokia. Found the ideal replacement at the BigPhoneStore. It was delivered on time, in very good condition, and after installing the SIM card and logging onto my internet connection - easy peasy - i was away. I'm very happy with the phone and every praise to BigPhone , they cannot be faulted.

"Was quick easy online"

Was quick easy online, only downfall I would say is the screen protector they put on was shocking and slot of bubbles all over the front screen.

The insurance I know is separate but heard nothing at all from them.

"Awful phone, Awful service, Awful company!"

I had the misfortune of purchasing an iPhone 14 Pro Max from this company in good faith, only for it to start malfunctioning after just one day. It crashed repeatedly and displayed a battery charge of 1% with a battery health of 0%. I reported the issue and returned the phone for repairs. On the 07/03, the phone was returned to me, and I was informed that the problem was caused by a loose connection and that it should now be working properly.
However on the 10/03, the exact same battery issues reappeared. I contacted customer service once again, and while I was initially offered a refund, I requested a replacement instead. I was told I would receive an update, yet despite following up on 11/03, I didn’t heard nothing until the 13/03.
I was informed that the colleague handling my case went on annual leave and failed to inform the my situation to the rest of the staff. I then requested to speak to the manager and was told to send an email which I did on the 14/03. Yet again l had no response. I finally gave up dealing with this shambolic company and sent the phone back again requesting a full refund.
He finally responded on the 18/03. Only half an hour after the phone l returned was delivered back. Coincidence?
Anyway he explained the miscommunication and did apologise and I managed to get my refund back from them without any problems surprisedly enough .
In conclusion, the entire process had been handled with shocking incompetence, a complete lack of communication, and utter disregard for customer satisfaction. I wasted an incredible amount of time waiting for the phone to be delivered, transferring and re-transferring my data, and ultimately sending a defective device back via special delivery—all of which has caused me considerable stress and frustration.
I can only hope that others will not have to go though the ordeal that I had to when dealing with this company. All I can advise you all is to AVOID!

"Refurbished iPhone"

I ordered a refurbished iPhone to their ‘pristine’ standard, along with a new battery for an extra £15. To be honest I was a little sceptical, but the price was good, so I thought I’d take a chance. The phone arrived a couple of days later; well packaged and exactly as described…..absolutely unmarked. Such a saving over a new phone, I couldn’t be happier.
