Phone was originally not in stock but got an email a few days later notifying me it was now available, ordered and it arrived next day.
First time I have bought a refurbished phone and have been impressed so far.
iPhone was graded as Pristine, and it is. Battery capacity is showing 100% and I am very pleased with the phone and with the Big Phone Store, so all good at the moment.

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 in pristine condition. Communication was great from start to end of the process and phone received the next day and was well packaged. It was like new and battery showed capacity of 100%. Very please with the overall customer experience and product. Would recommend

This is my second review on “the big phone store” honestly they’re worth looking at. I bought an iPhone 12 mini a few weeks ago and it’s amazing, there wasn’t a mark on the phone the battery life lasts me from 7am when I wake up to 10pm when I get in bed. They then offered to give me a £10 pound voucher or a free cleaning kit. Their services are amazing and I would say just as good as going to an Apple Store 😁

Quoted the highest price for Brand New sealed Samsung, paid quickly and good communication. The only small issue, which I was advised on was the Paypal only payment method, for sealed devices, which incurred Paypal charges that bought the total payable down by £26.00. I understand the reasons given for only Paypal payment for such devices, but still worked out higher payment for the device than any other recycler.

My experience of selling my phone was good easy enough to understand and fill forms out had an up to date tracking system and money was in your account the next day
