Same case here, they dont answer my emails for about a week or more and didnt send me a miner like they promised.
Feels like a scam.

I live in a hot place and totally misjudged how much heat my Iceriver KS5 Pro would pump out. Those first few weeks were a mess, it kept overheating and shutting down and I was kicking myself thinking I'd thrown my money away. But i didn't quit, i got some big exhaust fans and an air cooled setup to tame the temps. Now it's running smooth even in the heat.

Take it from me: If you're mining where it's warm, cooling's a must, not just the miner!

"Terrible customer service from Nicky"

Terrible customer service from Nicky, I purchased 3 machines, 1 was faulty and needed to be repaired. Machine came back all scratched up, damaged fan grills and screws stripped of paint. Photos provided of machine before it was sent and after I received it back but they take no responsibility for destroying the cosmetic appearance of the machine. Terrible company to deal with, will not be purchasing another Iceriver again. Not only that, as soon as you buy an overpriced miner by the time you receive it the rug has been pulled, they make bugger all and the resell value is worthless especially for a beaten and scratched up one.

"A buddy who wanted to get into crypto"

A buddy of mine wanted to get into crypto mining but had no clue where to start. He wasn't keen on dropping a ton of cash on some fancy miners so i told him about the Iceriver KS2 Lite, it's cheap but still gets the job done.

We set it up together and honestly it took us less than an hour. I couldn't believe how pumped he was when those first mining rewards popped up, I was grinning too!

Now he's obsessed, already plotting to add more miners and we're constantly swapping ideas on how to squeeze out more efficiency. That KS2 Lite's a gem for anyone new to mining.

Mining from home has been great so far. I don't have to pay for external hosting and I can monitor the miner in real time. Within a few weeks, I started seeing decent returns. Now, I'm considering adding a second miner to the setup!
