"Wrong Item Sent "

I ordered 6 mop refills and was sent a bottle of dandelion root. I wrote to customer support and their response was the order had been delivered. They did not or could not read what I wrote. I called the number on the website and a message comes on with. "due to Covid 19 we no longer offer phone support." I had to email customer support another 5 times to get a response that was relevant to the error they made. Now they tell me they have reissued the order. Lets see what comes.

Me pararece una falta de respeto al cliente que quiere comprar el producto....enseñan una imagen y entregan otro producto que puedo conseguir en cualquier otra tienda 5 dólares más barato...sean honestos y no engañen a la gente.... no compren super colon cleanse...porque muestran una imagen del bote color blanco y entregan uno de color rojo que es más barato

This is the first time I have worked with company so rather hard to tell. My protein came through fine and I have used this product for years. I am so glad you had it as, again, it is a hard product to find in the vanilla flavor. I guess this bird flu going around is not helping to manufacture the product. Shame. Thank you.
