Had 2 out of 18 bottles broken, duck sauce was nt usable from those 2 bottles, had to wash sauce from remaining bottles. Try better packaging.

The package arrived and both bottles were broken, the capsules were all out in the packaging box mixed with tiny pieces of broken glass. This is not acceptable and I cannot consume this supplement. I want my money back or a replacement of these items. I have reached out on 3 different occasions only to find no phone support due to Covid. I tried emailing and still no response.
