There is no customer support except through email. They did get right back with me, and solved my issue. The product came very well packaged, extra care taken and exactly what I ordered. I will use them again.

Good customer service. They contacted me about an out of stock item and offered a refund. We agreed to wait a couple weeks and that worked out. And very good prices.

Took forever to get the product. Had to contact the company multiple times and not even half of the order was received. Had ordered previously with no issues. Not sure what has changed but bottles were packaged in a paper ream box with individual bottles vs the case that they normally come in.

We received the diffuser machine with woefully inadequate instructions, plus the shipping receipt said the necessary oils we paid for were included but they weren't. I have contacted the company and am waiting to see what the status is on the missing oils.
