When the refurbished Vtech baby camera and monitor I bought from Greenbox (~£100) packed up after 6 months, although it had a 12 month warranty on it, I was impressed Greenbox replaced it so quickly. But when the replacement then packed up within another 12 months, I was surprised to be told by Greenbox that the 12 month warranty doesn’t apply to any replacements. That seems a bit unfair given the need for the replacement implies the product is already a bit shaky. If Vtech products are so poorly made as to repeatedly die after less than 12 months, I don’t know why Greenbox stock them. Buyer beware.
