Rubbish, do not use.
ordered stainless steel bumpers, took payment then said on back order, month later email stating delayed due in two days time. two days later checked now due in 1 month time. 1 month later told delayed due in 2 days then suprise suprise order delayed another month.
then found out order not even shipped yet from main supplier so cant give any delivery time.
Dont lie and take money if you dont have items in stock!!!!

Ordered a part (sensor) for my jag. Both available and reasonably priced. Ordered at 1.30pm on Thursday and it was in my hand at 10.03 on Friday morning and I paid for standard delivery! What a service that is!! Thanks so much. Highly recommended:)

"Poor returns policy"
Ordered front rubber mats for my Freelander, sent front rubber mats for a Series 2/3. After asking them how to return they gave me a return number. Also asked about return payment and was told that it is not their policy to pay for returns. Rimmerbros expect me to pay for returning and insuring a large heavy box. I have been a long time customer of Rimmerbros but no longer.

Required set of glow plugs within a week, this useless company not only took the full payment but did not bother to inform me that the parts were on back order and would be another 2 weeks.
This is no way to run a sales company if you try to sell items that you don't own.

Tant qu'il n'y a pas de problème, le service est bon mais dès qu'il y a un soucis, il n'y a plus personne ni par mail ni par téléphone.
Pas sérieux !

removed ( actually put a hold on it, might as well of removed as I couldn't touch it, a Pending account!) a very large amount of money from my account, without informing me, for a part that they didn't have in stock, possibly coming available in 4-5 months time, just to see if I had the funds available, took them a week to return it after pointing out the error of their way. Reported them to Visa fraud. Be very careful of your card details.

Ive used this company for years and never had any problems sent me a Defender front wing which was damaged in transit sent them pictures and was replaced within a week to Germany.i also had a set of carpets i puchased which because i was doing a resto i never opened for a year they did not fit once i told them they arranged shipping and i sent them back and they gave me the money back a company that does that does not deserve as bad reviews that are on here in my opinion
