From start to finish the process was very smooth. It was stress free and everything was done for us. We had to rearrange the template date several times and this was never an issue for purple which was very helpful for us. The fitting team was excellent, fitted our new sink with ease and done within 2 hours. We used the express service of 72hrs which is amazing. Thanks to Laura for always being contactable and a port of call from start to finish. Highly recommend

From initial contact to completion what a fantastic service. The whole experience was made easy and the customer service was excellent. We had a person come out to template and then fitter’s follow within a couple of days and they were so helpful, polite and professional a real credit to the company. By far the cheapest quote we had online and in stores with mainstream shops
