"Important watch outs!"

WATCH-OUTS……
- Ask for your worktop joins to be polished. If you don’t the cut is really rough so isn’t smart at all when the grouting is put in. Not sure why this wouldn’t just be done as standard?
- Get your own silicone/grout to match your worktops. Purple Granite only supply black/white or clear silicone and the grout the guys have to mix up colours to match as best they can!?

Surely the above should be standard practise? There are tonnes of grouts and silicones to match and even if you want to charge extra at least give people an option or just let them know!? Do something!

Other than that I’ve got a cut on my sink not centred which is pretty annoying.

The sales man was really nice helpful and patient, the templater very nice as were the guys that fit the top. If only they were given the proper tools to do the job!

I don’t very often write a review but felt I had to this time. I cannot praise Purple Granite enough, from the initial meeting to choose our worktop, to the fitting, they have kept us up to date with every stage of the way, I would HIGHLY recommend them, I know this is going to seem a bit weird to say, but how they come out template, then get all the holes, Sink, hob, hole for tap, hole for waste disposal in exactly the right place was amazing. ( I know it’s their job) but it all fit so perfectly

They didn’t disappoint templating on a Monday fitting on the Friday. The pricing was cheaper than other companies I got quotes from. I was sent samples to confirm the product choice. "Totally Professional"

We decided to change the granite on our central isle which contains a hob with fan extraction. I thought not an easy task, how wrong I was. Richard came along and templated the area, helpful, polite and in no time the design was sent to the factory. A week later our new granite arrived and an hour later the new top was in place and hob fitted. We are so pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Purple.
