"Topresume is unprofessional"

I had to use a different websites after the resume was done and had to use a different link every time I tried to complete a module and log in, this was a waste of time and it's ridiculous the way this website has been designed. I paid for a service I am not getting and have yet to get a single interview. Support is pathetic, they answer questions every 3 - 4 days, and I didn't have the right solutions. It seems that the resume was created with AI. Paying for topresume service was a waste of money.
