Purchased this product during a time of great distress after job loss. Paid for accelerated response time for 1st draft of resume. Also bought the "add ons" in hopes of having a great resume and getting out on the job market asap. They were COMPELTELY UNRESPONSIVE to any effort to dialogue about the TERRIBLE 1st draft. Scheduled a discussion (one day mind you, before the "last day" to make any changes,) through the website. NO ONE SHOWED UP. Complained to customer service and lo and behold! HOURS later the representative "resume writer" sent a message that she "had technical difficulties and couldn't join the meeting." At this point, there had been so much lack of response and incompetence, a refund was requested. Which of course they don't do. They offered to assign to another resume writer, but are keeping the money.

Word to the wise--they are in another country, appear to be on opposite time schedule to the US, have issues with English proficiency, and have NO idea how to write a useful resume. The 1st draft was TRASH!

I've paid for a REAL resume writer (again, another $700 later!) and already have a useful draft, Linked In profile management, and great tips for succeeding on the job market. If you would like a referral to that person, please respond to this post and Ill be happy to provide.
