I love that you get challenges. Loving the walking challenge just now it’s such a motivator. If there are any issues the team respond to you quickly. Love the articles too. The data banks of foods also large so very few foods when you are counting calories are missing from the site. You can sways add your own if it’s not there too. Useful when you are starting out and very informative. Definitely 5 stars

Great site to aid weight loss. Fantastic support from other members. Fab tools for assisting with losing, including extensive food database to diarise and check what you are eating daily. Highly recommend if you are serious about shedding or maintaining your weight.

What a wonderful tool to have at your fingertips. I have lost 10lbs in a month and I’m sure I have stayed on the straight and narrow because of Weight Loss Resources. I have signed up for a year and I think it worked out to approximately £2.00 per week what a bargain and they also threw in lots of free goodies diet books, excercise books, recipe books and a resistance band. There’s also an online community so you can share your thoughts with like minded people. I would definitely recommend this company 👍🏻 WONDERFUL

WLR helps me better understand portion control - over a day as well as for each meal. It's great to be able to save up calories and have a bit of a treat at the weekend. Also the online community can be a great help if I'm getting stuck or need some inspiration.
I would like to see more recipe ideas on the website but it really does help me generally.
