This is a no fad way to loose weight. It's easy to follow. I have used it over a number of years and it has helped me to keep the weight off. The only time I gain is when I stop using the daily diary.

Sound nutritional advice and tailored meal plans if you want them or do your own thing and be sure that food nutritional info is accurate and not solely dependent upon user input which is often incorrect. Regular challenges to motivate your weight loss journey, WLR is in a class of its own.
