"SCG all the way"

My company switched to SCG over 2 years ago and we've never looked back. They always match other providers but best of all is their customer service. You can't put a price on always being able to reach an account manager with a call or email. Chantelle has always delivered for us and never fails affect change swiftly and successfully.

"BEWARE of this company - especially if you try to leave"

We were with Chicane for a number of years, then they became NSN then they became SCG - customer service during was reasonable though nothing special and certainly not outstanding - my warning for people considering moving to this company is - BEWARE when you try to leave. We gave our six months notice and then the porting of numbers saga began, not only are they not helpful, did not explain the process properly, were not up front, we (eventually after 9 months) moved to the new supplier and then because they didn't close down (port or cease) all the secret hidden numbers behind our main number (which we never realised because they didn't explain), they billed another £900 for nothing ! Apparently no recourse for this - Oh and they don't bill for part of a month either, so even when the number is finished on the 4th of a month - they bill for all of it, no negotiation, no discussion. I feel there should be a way of complaining and speaking to someone more senior - but how to do that seems to be a closely guarded secret too...BE CAREFUL. We are a Charity and a residential care home and they are very very happy to rip us off !
Update : Following making a complaint and posting this review we did receive an apology and credits for £600 of the £900 charges we felt were overbilled. Lance was extremely helpful in facilitating this. I have upgraded my review from 1 to 3 stars - I still think its important people know how to handle leaving properly.
