Mobile provider company switch carried out. Issue with sims, contacted Kaitlyn who promptly escaled this for technical assistance. Serisha owned the problem and was so commited to resolving the issue. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to change your mobile provider.
