Don't listen . Don't action changes , excuse after excuse . Tend to brush over things and come back using the blame culture . Request for calls from senior manager blatantly ignored
Please , look at genuine companies with Household names your business phone and internet needs ,to avoid being sold packages that you do t actually need at extortionate prices as this company are so incompetent it beggars belief sometimes .

Devon was patient with me as I am not a techy. He phoned me on time and called me back later as requested. I would advise checking Router Model at start of call as this would have saved a lot of set up time - it is crucial to insert ethernet cable into correct port. I assumed they knew which router they had sent me. All set up, took a bit of time - but up and running. Thank you
