"Faulty handset"

Had a problem with handset in our office, took around a month to fix. After 3 weeks they sent a courier to pick up the handset, received back in 2 days and the fault was the power cable. Zunaid assisted with setting up the device again - would give Zunaid 5* as he was extremely helpful, but the service from Hello Telecom before this was terrible.

Nothing is a problem to this company they are always there when required no matter how trivial your problem might be. I find that Riaan Kent-Brown is fully switched on when providing advice and rectifying technical problems whenever they may arise.
