I’ve been with SCG for many years now and have always found their service reliable and professional. Whether it's sorting an issue quickly or customising systems to suit my business needs, their team of account managers, like Celine, Keval, Ben, and Christian, have always been incredibly supportive and efficient. They’re knowledgeable, easy to reach, and make everything hassle-free, which is so important as a small business owner. The system is simple to use, and the reports make monitoring performance straightforward. Overall, SCG offers a great service. Four stars from me!

"New SIM Request"

I called to request 2 additional SIM's on our current contract previously, but the Docusign was not received. I talked to Aniqa who helped correct the issue. This was dealt with on the call and confirmed as ordered shortly afterwards via email. Very happy.

"My experience at SCG Together has been…"

My experience at SCG Together has been eventful. Starting off was amazing and had no issues whatsoever, however 6 months in and I've had no stop issues with my bills never being the same, tried to dispute the bills to my Account Manager and constantly been told I'll hear something back and never do! When you try and chase it up, they'll either respond back to you or not but it won't be the answer you're looking for - Issue still not sorted

Update: We've spoken with the team about this issue and has been fully resolved and they went above and beyond to fix this issue - Thanks to Dave Jones for all your help & support!
