A cable we purchased, for reasons only know to itself, decided to muck about and not provide what we needed! On contacting Kenny's Music by email, I was responded to almost before I hit the 'send' button, by Ross, who quickly sorted the issue to my complete satisfaction, sending a replacement cable. Ross had even noticed I had not claimed the 'freebie' on my original order, and told me he would be including that too. Ross emailed again to say when the items had been dispatched and both items were received quickly. Cannot fault the customer service! Thanks Ross!

I firstly spoke to a very friendly chap on the phone who took my name and number, investigated the issue and actually called me back to advise.
I secondly had an email exchange with Ross who went out of his way to contact Blackstar directly. Great customer service.
My first time using Kenny's and will definitely use them again :)
