"Great service from James in the Glasgow…"

Great service from James in the Glasgow branch of Kenny's music. I was after a couple of used amplifiers and James was very helpful, sending photos of the items for sale and then offering a good discount if I bought a pair. After the sale, I asked for them to take extra care to pack the order carefully as it was heavy and being sent by courier; he did this and the items arrived in great working condition.
Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back again. Thank you all at Kenny's music.

"Great service"

Great service. Had not heard of Kenny's Music before but found they were stocking a guitar I had been seeking for a while at a decent price. I bought the guitar online and received it, in perfect condition, the very next day. Delivery was so quick that the email to say it had dispatched only arrived about an hour before the guitar itself! Unlike some retailers, they didn't offer a setup service included in the sale, but the guitar had such a good discount, that I figured I could easily pay for a pro setup if it needed one. As it turned out, the factory setup is pretty damn good, so any additional setup would have just delayed the dispatch. Very, very happy with my purchase, the guitar is superb & I will certainly be using Kenny's Music in future.

Ok, I online purchased some Roland RH200s monitor earphones for my partner's birthday. When the package arrived, it instantly felt light, and with minimal protective packaging, that being said, I thought the earphones would at least be protected in their in box packaging inserts. And so I left the DHL bag sealed and put it in a cupboard so they couldn't be accidentally found. I opened the package the night before to wrap them up. The box was battered, it was opened, any inserts had been removed and the earphones had just been wrapped in a single piece of thin bubble wrap. I immediately messaged their customer service and have so far had zero response. Honestly, they looked liked returns. I had to wrap them up for my partner as it was his birthday the next day, but it looked awful.... Would not use again!

Absolutely brilliant. Have purchased a few used basses and guitars from Kenny’s music in last couple of years and have to say, they do not sell rubbish. Very pleased. They must have some strict quality control on items they buy and sell. Fabulous. Well trusted. Many thx to them.

"What a music shop should be"

Needed an item urgently due to being let down by another supplier and Ali at Kenny's Music went above and beyond to help, having the item ready for me to collect within an hour.

The items ordered were very competitively priced and the packaging was excellent a box surrounded by packing inside a bigger box and all marked fragile. However the choice of DHL as the courier is not good. The music shop had packaged and had the order picked up within hours of my placing the order for a next day delivery. After picking it up , DHL did nothing with it the next day. It arrived at the delivery depot 2 days later, but being a Saturday when they dont normally deliver, it sat there for another 2 days. Despite only being 2 miles away, the depot was closed so I couldnt collect it. They then sent out tracking info to say it would be delivered on Monday after 6pm. At c.4pm it was delivered by another company, who didnt scan it or ask for a signature as they were "helping out DHL". I dont know what DHL are charging Kenny's music, but they should request a partial refund and review their choice of courier.

"First Piano Purchase "

I visited Kenny's Music in Glasgow a few times last year enquiring about buying my first piano. Ali was who I spoke with on every occasion and patiently answered all my novice questions . His knowledge was very apparent and he advised on pianos that met my budget as well as a little below and a little above budget. I finally decided to buy last week and again Ali gave me great advice and ensured that I got the best piano and accessories for my price range. I'm delighted with my purchase and would recommend a visit to Ali to anyone who is considering buying a piano.
