Great customer service from Charlotte! My fridge stopped working after a couple of months (probably the cooling system) and Charlotte got a courier to pick it up for testing and she’s send a brand new one to me as well! All within a couple of days.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I ordered a mini fridge for my son as a birthday present. The fridge was great and he was happy with it. Unfortunately within 6 months, it stopped working. I contacted mini fridge, they were prompt and arranged for it to be returned which was brilliant! Since my item was returned I did not get any acknowledgment or update about what would happen next. I contacted them after a few days abs they responded to say that a new fridge would be sent out and I would have it by the end of the week. It didn’t arrive. Almost 2 weeks later, I contacted them again as I hadn’t heard anything at all about what was happening and they said that 2 fridges had been dispatched, which never reached my address! I asked for the details and they said that they don’t track their deliveries?! I was then told that I would receive a refund, to which o am still waiting for! Now i am getting no response over email and the number that I am calling is just ringing out. Customer service is extremely poor. I am still owed £69.99 and waiting for someone to contact me. This has been ongoing for the whole of May.

Delivery swift. Price good. Fridge great. But why will Minifridge not provide an invoice? I have used their online contact form twice and been ignored. When I phone neither their customer service, accounts or sales options ever pick up. It is my hope that they will see this review. Note the order ref and send me an invoice. This item was for my business and I need an invoice for tax and VAT purposes. Come on Mini Fridge. Sort this out.

Fridge delivery box delivered soaking wet/ damaged, looked like it had been sitting in a decent amount of water for a considerable length of time. Didn't want to take chance and open it, so contacted minifridge.co.uk to politely ask them to send another and pick this one up. Customer service was really poor, telling me to open the box as it "might" be ok (an electrical item sitting in water soaking wet...great!). Rather than being decent they then started arguing with me, then agreed to collect the box/ fridge and send another...but only after they had checked and tested it! I then asked for a refund and they told me only when they receive and then test the fridge, as it's "company policy". I needed it for working away for the next few weeks so to say I am angry is an understatement. Abysmal company and I hope they see sense and work with me to sort this out

Promised next day delivery. Rang up customer services no less than 8 times. Hanging on for ages, often as long as half hour and either giving up as can’t get through or phone cuts off. Got through 3 times of which got cut off twice while speaking. Eventually got through and promised delivery on its way. Rang delivery company who said it’s in their warehouse and won’t be with me today but now tomorrow morning by 1pm. Still not arrived. Poor service and which I’d checked reviews first.
