"Terrible customer service, poor quality item."
Ordered a desk top fridge, delivery was good but less than a year later the light has stopped working. Have contacted the company and been told to replace the bulb, even though there is no bulb to replace. Have explained this and sent pictures. Disappointing customer service. Would not buy from them again or recommend them.

Thank you to Natasha for such great customer service. I received the incorrect mini fridge which I bought as a gift however Natasha was quick in responding and I was able to get the new mini fridge really quickly. I was quite worried when I received the wrong mini fridge but the customer service was on point!

This was a Christmas gift for my son and it definitely put Santa in his good books!! Really modern design, slick and enough space inside for a couple of bottles of water and some snacks in the pouch! Very impressed at the price compared to others whilst researching!

Next day delivery, well priced, perfect for a little fridge for my stepsons bedroom whilst he’s isolating and beyond that. Fits 4 x cans in the top but the only slight issue is then getting them out once 4 have been put in as he’s said he can’t fit his fingers in around the cans or at the top as it is a tight squeeze, he’s managed though.

The item is also sleek looking & stylish, will defo buy another one.

I would give zero stars out of 5 if the system would let me. Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered 2 fridges on 5th December and was advised that they would be delivered next day. As I ordered on a Sunday I expected my delivery would arrive Tuesday 7th December. My account was immediately debited with £140. No delivery received Tuesday/Wednesday so contacted the team via email Thursday 9th December. N advised that she would investigate and get back to me. After many emails back and forth, being advised the item was with the courier then the item was out for delivery Monday 13th December. Still no delivery received. Another email to N, in which I requested my items be dispatched next day with another courier, this email has now been ignored and I have had no further communications from N. Wednesday 15th I rang customer services, spoke to J who advised she would investigate and ring me back after speaking to the courier- APC. I then emailed the courier myself who advised that they do not have the item, it is with the main distribution centre, therefore they cannot deliver it until they receive it. I did not receive a call from J as promised so yet again chased and rang again 5 hours later. Spoke to JA this time who agreed this shouldn’t be that difficult to resolve and that I shouldn’t have to be chasing them or the courier. He promised I would receive a call from N, or himself, before 5pm. It is now 5:48pm and no one, yet again has bothered to call me, resolve my issue or deliver my fridges. How can this be so difficult to resolve???!!! The mini fridges are gifts from grandparents to our children. Both will be devastated if we do not receive them in time for Christmas. We now find ourselves in the position of £140 out of pocket and no fridges. Please, please, please someone take some initiative, own the problem ring me, apologise, and send me my fridges by Friday.
