Horrible customer service
the fridge we ordered was a mother's day gift, so was not opened for some time. Once it was opened the fridge was extremely noisy and was disrupting my mothers sleep. I contacted the return team, as there was no mention of exchange on the email confirmation. the returns team responded several days later claiming the return had ended (by one day). There was no effort at customer service or any genuine concern, that the product they sold was faulty. it is clear this company has no true concern for customer satisfaction. Also note in the event you do get to return a fridge, you are expected to pay for return and the site mentions a restocking fee.

"Awful service and total lack of customer service"
Awful service. Fridge never arrived next day as promised. Tracking number for APC didn't exist on their system when tracked. Phoned customer lack of service and was told it had been changed to DPD for delivery, again the new tracking number they gave me was invalid on DPD tracking service.
Called again and was told that for some reason DPD were returning the fridge to minifridge.
I have no fridge, no assistance from customer lack of service, and no calls back from them having been promised three times.
I'm wondering if they actually use any of the recorded calls for training purposes as the staff don't have a clue what is going on and are unable to give any useful information.

"So angry and upset"
I ordered a mini fridge for my daughter for Christmas on the 30th November the wrong item was delivered. I was informed that the wrong item would be picked up and the right fridge delivered by the 15th Dec it still has not arrived. I have just spoken to someone from customer services who told me that I can not get the right fridge delivered to me until the wrong one has been collected and this now would not be done till after Christmss he refused to help me as I was shouting at him as I was angry and upset and he terminated my call. This was my daughters main Christmas present.

"Item not delivered, poor customer service"
I ordered a mini fridge with next day delivery and received an email on 2nd December saying it had been dispatched. The item had not arrived a week later so I emailed them to chase it up. I initially got a prompt reply and was told my item would arrive on 9th December. The item did not arrive so I emailed them again on the 10th December and received an email back saying someone was looking into it and would get back to me. This was 2 days ago and I have still not had a response. I would not recommend that anyone buys from this company if you want an item before Christmas as they clearly can't be relied upon. My order number is MF-00038702 if anyone at minifridge would like to bother getting back to me!

"Paid for 3 and only received 1 - ignored by customer service"
I have paid for 3 fridge! and only received 1! I have called your company 6 times now, coincidence that its close 5pm, each time im hung up on when i mention my issue. Id appreciate if someone would rectify this issue and have the decency to call me back!
Due to your lack of customer service a case has been raised with Paypal! Its REALLY not acceptable

"Absolutely terrible company to deal…"
Absolutely terrible company to deal with, took our order on the 16th of September, they advised our purchase would be delivered in week commencing the 28th of September. When it didn’t arrive I tried to contact them by phone, they have two contact numbers but they never ever answer either of them, that set alarm bells ringing straight away. I then contacted them via email and received a prompt response saying, ‘sorry for the delay, we have checked and it will be with you tomorrow‘, needless to say it wasn’t. Emailed them again to ask for an explanation and now they don't answer them either, here goes the process of trying to get my money back. Cant say strongly enough, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a IceQ49L, took 2 months to arrive and when it did was the wrong one, they sent me A 24L version. Tried for 3 days to contact them by phone never any answer and raised 3 tickets never had a response back.
Awful customer service.......cant recommend or use again. If my issue isnt resolved with them i will take further action against the company
Update: minifridges has now resolved this issue quickly by collecting and delivering the correct fridge on the same day. Again I struggled to make contact with anyone. 20 mins wait on the phone for somebody to answer then get cut off half way through conversion !.......Was brilliant at correcting the wrong fridge but you need to improve the phone service.......if I ever had a problem with the fridge I would worry I would need to spend a week trying to make contact !

Doesnt stay cool enough. Although showing a picture of a sandwich and chocolate bars when emailed to advise it isnt working anymore (it used to work at the start) i was told it isnt a fridge that can hold perishables like milk at work for 48 hours. So its not a mini fridge at all?

Do not use this company.
No sign of the item I ordered over a week ago, despite it being ordered on a next day delivery.
Customer service are impossible to get hold of. And do not reply to emails.
